When you submit a consultation request, F L John Consulting Agency stores your name, contact details, business answers, communication choices, and appointment information to prepare for and follow up on your request.

Newsletter signup is optional and separate from consultation contact. Appointment texts are also optional. We record the wording and date associated with each consent choice. Email newsletter enrollment requires confirmation.

Agency funnel records are kept separately from other businesses. Delivery providers may process contact and message details to deliver agency communications once configured. This funnel does not import another business’s contact database.

Use the preferences link in an agency email to unsubscribe from newsletters or stop request follow-ups. Reply STOP to appointment texts to opt out when text delivery is activated. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

For questions about your information, reply to an agency consultation email or discuss your request with Frank during your consultation. Do not submit sensitive financial, identity, or account-password information in these forms.
